This is another one of those cases where all I have is a name and a date (there's a few of these, so get used to it). It was listed on the Grizedale Archive, the list which was on display in the Yan a few years back. There is no mention of Keith Armitage's 'Enclosure' on the 1981 map, however, so it seems it was a very short-lived piece.

Armitage's works tend to consist of metal human-like figures - if this work fell into that category then it would have certainly been an eerie thing to chance across in the middle of a forest.
