As with neighbour 'Blurpg', the true identity of the enigmatic 'Treeleaves Longh' is a mystery to me. But Paul Dodgson knows the answer - he created this dwelling with the help of the pupils of Ulverston's Sandside Lodge School in 2000. This house is the one at the far end of the Ridding Wood Trail, on the bottom route, and despite being the bigger of the two, an estate agent would definitely describe it as 'cosy'. Given house prices in the Lake District though, you're probably still looking at six figures.
