Spider, Wasp and Fly

Steve Blaylock 2005

A three-part sculpture as the name suggests, this was situated at various points on the Ridding Wood Trail. The spider hung menacingly on the top path just after the bridge, suspended by a rope from a tree. The wasp sat just below it on the stony cliff between the top and bottom routes. The fly was on the top route, some distance from the spider (which you would be if you were a fly), in a tree near the end of the trail.
